Chrissy Kirsch (she/her)
After graduating high school, Chrissy gave community college a whirl, but instead, decided to move to Richmond the summer of 1998. She immediately fell for the thrill of the food & beverage industry. She spent nearly 30 years in hospitality, serving guests at every Richmond compass point. She worked graveyard shifts at diners, tuxedo clad fine dining and everything in-between. She took a break for two years to attend the University of Virginia, completing her Biology degree whilst also having a baby girl in her final year (only missing two classes!). She decided to move back to Richmond and weaved back into the restaurant scene.
That is when Chrissy placed the crown jewel in her career. The Little Nickel. Chrissy had the great pleasure of serving as the general manager/director of operations, landscaper/gardener, and additionally baked all of the desserts from 2020 until her departure in 2023 when she decided to venture into the big exciting world of real estate. She loves to learn and has a passion for creating memorable experiences.
