Born into a real estate family and active Realtor® for over 20 years, Andrea has been immersed in selling, renovating, and buying homes for most of her life. In her early 20s she bought and renovated her very first home and became a landlord shortly after. As a new agent she worked with her father (a class A contractor and Realtor®) repairing and renovating homes while she built her client base. She has a wealth of knowledge in real estate, construction, materials, and repairs that is well beyond her years. Her goal is to make the home buying and selling process a pleasurable experience and to become her clients’ Realtor® and friend for life.
Andrea graduated from High School in Chesterfield County before attending VCU, graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Sculpture and Painting. Although an avid traveler, she’s loves Richmond too much to leave for long. She resided in The Fan, The Museum District, Stratford Hills, South Richmond, and currently lives in Bon Air with her cat Nibbie.

What Our Clients Love About Andrea
Andrea helped us buy and sell a home in the Short Pump/Glen Allen area. Andrea was knowledgeable, patient, hard working, and went above and beyond to make sure our sale and purchase were successful. If we were ever to purchase or sell another home, Andrea would be the first one I would call.
Andrea helped me find and purchase my first home. She was patient, thorough, gave extremely sound advice and really assisted me navigate through the first-time home buying process with ease. She is very professional, honest, attentive and went extra lengths to make sure she found the right home for me for the right price. I enjoyed my experience with her so much that I make it a point to share her information with anyone is buying, including two of my family members who had equally phenomenal experiences with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
