Caitlin found herself in Richmond in 2016 to nanny for a family of five living in Stratford Hills.
Before deciding to commit to the move from Seattle, Washington she visited potential families in
New York and DC before realizing Richmond was the place to call home because of the
character of the neighborhoods and the friendly faces she’d encounter just walking down the
street. As a resident of Richmond for the last four years she has lived in Northside, the Fan, and
now Manchester with her two cats Bruno and Gus who she adopted from Richmond Animal
Control. As a professional babysitter for the last six years she felt compelled to do more than
help people run their homes, and sought out a career in helping people find their homes.
