Caitlin Ford
Caitlin found herself in Richmond in 2016 as a hired au pair for a family of five living in Stratford Hills. Before deciding to commit to the move from Seattle, Washington, she visited potential families in New York and DC before realizing Richmond was the place to call home. As a resident of Richmond for the last four years she has lived in Northside, the Fan, and now southside with her two cats Bruno and Gus who she adopted from Richmond Animal Control. As a professional babysitter for the last six years she felt compelled to do more than help people run their homes, and sought out a career in helping people find homes.
