Kate Franzen

Kate’s “happy place” is helping people make big decisions that will have an even bigger impact on their lives. Her background in event planning and marketing allows her to create a home buying or selling experience that surpasses expectations. From listening to what her clients’ needs are, to adapting as things change, to her deep love for MLS data-  she will work tirelessly to help you get the most out of your real estate experience.
Kate is both a Virginia Tech and VCU graduate with a bachelors and masters degrees in Marketing. She’s the founder of an award-winning event planning company and started her early career planning marketing and PR events for a local Fortune 500 car retailer.
