Lock & Key at River Fox
About Lock & Key:
The Lock and Key team was established in June of 2021 by Lauren Roth and Kaylin Bradley. Lauren and Kaylin have an extensive background in home renovation/restoration, working with investors, designing, staging, new construction, luxury sales, and assisting their clients on both the buy and sell sides of their transactions. Lock and Key’s mission is to improve lives, families, and communities through real estate wealth and financial literacy. As a team, their core values include integrity, transparency, professionalism, service, growth, and inclusion. These values are crucial in Lock and Key’s day to day operations to give their clients the highest form of care and service.
We have an incredibly extensive rolodex of vendors, title companies, attorneys, contractors and handymen- everyone necessary for a successful transaction. This allows our team to assist clients through literally any and every step of the home owning/buying and selling journey. Not to mention, we love supporting the vendors who support us and trust us! There’s nothing like a win-win for everyone.
Staying on top of current market trends and neighborhood sales is an absolute must for all of our agents. We understand that purchasing a home can be one of the largest financial investments someone will ever make, and we do not take that lightly. We have built a team of strong, like-minded agents obsessed with everything real estate. The Lock and Key team brings a level of understanding, compassion, flexibility, and protection to everyone we work with. Every agent on our team strives to bring our clients concierge-level service, with attention to every single transaction.
Lauren brings the brains, incredible passion, AND she’s not afraid to get dirty. You’ll find her throwing the most incredible open house for her renovation projects, or in boots and a hardhat scoping out a dilapidated auction property for her savvy buyers. As the co-lead of the Lock and Key team at River Fox, she brings a unique set of skills to the table along with an eye for design, and a level of customer service that you just don’t find any more. If you want a Realtor for life, this is your person.
Where do we even begin?? The world of investment and restoration is not even ready for what Kaylin brings to the table. As the co-lead of the Lock and Key real estate team at River Fox, she manages acquisition, development and sales for their crew. Being in the trenches gives her clients unique opportunities to buy, sell, or invest with the best. Want to buy a fixer, but don’t know how to fix? Look no further.
Lindsay grew up in Fredericksburg, VA and moved to Richmond to play field hockey at VCU and has called the city home ever since. She studied accounting and after receiving her master’s degree and working in the industry for a few years, decided number crunching was not her passion. She navigated into a sales role that gave her the taste of running her own business but ultimately knew she wanted to fulfill her dream of being an entrepreneur- so real estate was the perfect fit! She wants to build strong relationships with her buyers and sellers’ so their every need is cared for. Lindsay loves spending time outdoors, playing with her dog Brownie or trying out another restaurant to check off her bucket list!
Rebekah spent 8 years in the property management industry and absolutely loved it. She really enjoyed helping others find their perfect place to call home. After her second son was born with disabilities, she made the hard decision to stay home with him for the first few years. She is a huge advocate for those with disabilities, and supports and hosts local events consistently. Rebekah wanted to find an occupational niche that was also a passion that also would support her growing family of three boys- being a realtor was the perfect transition.

Kaylin: This is a trick question! But I'd have to say Kitchen 64. It's where I took my wife on our first date.

Rebekah: I have a few, I have a handicap son so I’ve grown to love and be involved in local charities such as Sportable and Reachcycles! I also love to bring awareness to the CureSMA foundation.

watching music videos on TV!
Kaylin: another trick question! There's so many! I'd have to say the Irish festival and the Folk Festival
