Sarah Ripp (she/her)
Sarah was born and raised in Richmond (her Grandmother’s house was on Belmont Ave in the fan) and loves every minute of living here. Sarah graduated from VCU with a Degree in Psychology in 2014, then worked as a Behavioral Counselor for children with Autism. Two years later, she discovered she could combine all her talents by being a Realtor – her dream job. Sarah has quickly built a large following of clients she would do anything for. She doesn’t see herself as a salesperson- she’s a guide, a protector, a diligent and caring taskmaster ensuring clients feel 100% about making the one of the largest financial decisions of their lives. You’ll find her at her clients homes helping them clean, paint, and prep – and cheering them on even long after they pass the finish line. Sarah believes in A+ customer service and keeping her clients happy through every transactional challenge. In her spare time, you’ll find Sarah chasing two little boys around the house, or watching Netflix while they (finally) nap (while snuggling her English Bulldog).

What Our Clients Love About Sarah
- Tammy P.
Sarah was AMAZING! She helped us purchase our first home. When we put our offer in, so did someone else and even though they made a better offer, the seller went with ours based on Sarah’s professionalism and great attitude! She set us up with a great home inspector, title agency, and excellent mortgage broker. She made things happen and got us the home of our dreams!! I would recommend Sarah to anyone in the home market and we will certainly be using her again in the future for all of our buying and selling needs.
