Thomas Fulks (he/him)
Thomas is a proud Richmond native who grew up in Lakeside and attended Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School. He moved to Pittsburgh, PA to attend college and after two stints living and working in Japan as an English teacher, returned to Richmond in 2016. He spent five years working as an assistant pre-K teacher at Ms. Babs’ Nursery School, consistently voted one of the best daycares in Richmond. Whether it was helping the children do a myriad of art projects, going on nature walks through the fan district, or field trips to the VMFA, he was always ready for the new adventure that each day brought.
Thomas has extensive experience in the realm of house renovations and DIY work, having helped his father fix up and rent homes in the Richmond area his whole life. While attending the University of Pittsburgh, he bought, completely renovated, and sold his first property, and that passion to find diamonds in the rough and bring out their potential has never abated. He currently lives in Northside with his wife and four dogs and spends his free time renovating their cape cod.
